Further to whinknee's post a minute ago, I happen to be in a reasonably tall office building at the moment. For a while we were all clustered round the window watching the storm clouds pass over the city in front of us and the curtain of rain pouring down on to everyone. Now we're in the centre of it, there's rain battering at the window, we can't see more than 100 feet away from the building and a giant blue spark just leapt out of the wall socket in front of me.

We've already unplugged everything. Otherwise I might be the first person to die of Livejournal.
