Perhaps my feelings of inhibition or indeed self-preservation have been rather low recently, but I think I'm going to show you something I thought was worth highlighting on Furaffinity. If you don't know what that is, I'm not explaining it to you, and if this comes as a surprise to you, then you must have somehow missed out on several hundred pointers over the last few years.

I can assure you that there's nothing suspicious at all in this, but start up your private browsing modes if you feel like it and go and watch:

The Sandwich

He's one of my favourite artists on the site because of the effortless charm that he has in drawing his characters, so to see them unexpectedly brought further to life through animation was incredible. It's a short scene, but there's so much detail in it... the way that the sofa moves at the end as the chaser bounces off it is a touch that not many solo animators would have even bothered with. And he has just the right sense of... exaggeration to his expressions, like the flash of her smile at the start, and the way that her ears raise and flatten with her mood. Really, if you don't fall in love, you don't have a soul. Or perhaps you got through the 90s with all your brain wiring intact.

Quite different from the community's usual representation, this is an example of what I really like about it, the talent of its artists, and the love that they have for their characters.

(NB. Anyone mentioning Krystal will be fed to the rest of the site's inhabitants)
