(I should point out that having negative completion is not a slur on lack of ability at the game, but a mathematical error on my part.) And I have got a ton of things to fix, because of people seeing the thing working for the first time and offering things that I never even thought about having seen the game for the last four years... but it's looking like it's working fairly well.
